One thing great leaders have in common: they don't lead everyone the same way.

Module 5 brought our 17 Team Heads into one of the most practical conversations of the program: Situational Leadership. Not as a theory to memorize, but as a skill to actually use. Reading where each team member is, and adjusting your approach accordingly.

We worked through four leadership styles across four team realities. When someone's new and eager, they need direction, not autonomy. When someone's capable but disengaged, they need a conversation, not a task list. The role plays made this tangible in a way that a slide deck never could.

The takeaway wasn't a framework. It was a shift in how our leaders think about delegation, follow-up, and what it really means to develop the people around them.
