What happens when you put your leaders in a room with AI for a full day?

In the latest chapter of KB J LEADS — our leadership development journey for Team Heads and Senior Managers — Module 4 took on one of the most important skills of this decade: working with Generative AI.

We started from the ground up: what Generative AI actually is, how it's trained, what it does brilliantly, and where it falls short. Because using AI well starts with understanding it honestly.

Then we got to work:


- Crafting advanced prompts for real business situations — across ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude
- Turning raw data into analysis and visuals, and condensing large reports into clear summaries
- Running AI-powered deep research to stay ahead of the market
- Converting research into polished presentations — in minutes, not days

The room was full of energy: leaders brainstorming with AI, testing prompts on their own team challenges, and discovering just how much of their daily work could be reimagined.

For us, this is what leadership development should look like — not preparing leaders for the workplace of yesterday, but equipping them for the one being built right now.

The AI era isn't coming. It's here. And our leaders are ready for it.
