This year, we celebrated our five outstanding KBJ-in, the winners of the KBJ Award 2025, with an exclusive Annual Award Korea Trip. A five-day, four-night journey to South Korea from 23rd to 27th March 2025, designed to honor the dedication and impact they have brought to our organization.

What made this trip truly special was the people. Our five award recipients represent different divisions across KB J Capital, yet over five days together, they built genuine connections that transcended team boundaries. What began as a reward became a meaningful bonding experience, strengthening the ties between colleagues who rarely cross paths in day-to-day work.
