Yesterday, KB J Capital launched KB J LEADS — our leadership development program designed for Team Heads and Senior Managers — to strengthen leadership capability from the inside out and equip our leaders with practical tools they can apply immediately, not just concepts they hear once and forget.
 

Module 1: Leading Yourself in a Changing World focused on building a strong foundation of personal effectiveness before leading teams through uncertainty and change.
In this session, participants explored:
 
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People framework — shifting from reactive to proactive leadership. The Time Management Matrix — learning to distinguish what is truly important from what merely feels urgent. And the Benjamin Franklin Planner method — a hands-on tool participants committed to applying in their daily work to align their time with what actually matters.

Because in a world that moves fast, the leaders who thrive are not the ones who do more — they are the ones who are intentional about what they do.
