Job Description

1. Allocated new assign to outsource agencies by monthly basis.
2. Producing Collection's performances by daily basis.
3. Producing Outsource agencies's commission and send out to them for validate/confirm by monthly basis.
4. Producing Collection staff's incentive by monthly basis.
5. Preparing & Summarized all customers are joint special program.
6. analyzed Collection's portfolio based on management require.
7. Analyzed Collection's portfolio based on management require.
8. Co-ordinate with Accounting Department to validate & adjust payment.
9. Improve and collect data used for debt tracking, debt tracking.
10. Prepare Outsource Agency (OA) Performance Reports, analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of external agencies according to specified criteria.
11. Support Collections Strategy and jointly develop tools for debt tracking to be more efficient.
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, IT, Engineering, Computer science, Math & Statistics or other related fields.
2. 2 years or more experience in Query Data, preparing data to support usage, MIS Report & Dashboard.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Power BI or other Reporting Tools.
4. Special consideration for Python users.
5. . Experience in using Microsoft SQL Server (queries, views, procedures) or being able to design and develop databases.
6. Skills in management, analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, presentation skills, leadership and effective team management skills.
7. Experience in making presentation slides.
