Responsibilities
• Be a key contact person for the HR System, to maintain and ensure that all HR Modules are working smoothly.
• Be as Employee Data Center, by managing and updating movement data in HR system to ensure that all Employee data are up to date and correctly.
• Providing the best service support i.e. consulting, resolving, guidance for all employees in HR system related.
• Generate the HR Dashboard.
• Responsible for Internal communication e.g. Intranet, HR Communication within the company by promoting and maintaining effective internal communication with appropriate tools/ channels.
• To assist in the Company activities as well as Employee Engagement projects.
• Others assigned by HR & GA Team Head.

Qualifications
- Qualifications
• Degree in Computer science, Information system, Business administration or any related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, Data Analysis.
• In deep knowledge in Data analyst and human resources information system (HRIS).
• Good interpersonal skills, very good communication skills with effectively at all levels
• Good Command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Excel, Office 365, Power BI.
