• Lead and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept development to post-campaign evaluation
• Analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights and present findings in a visually compelling and easy-to-understand manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure seamless and successful execution of marketing initiatives
• Prepare visual reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders and partners
• Improvise and provide new ideas for improving current marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer behavior to offer creative solutions and recommendations
• Support the team by presenting campaign outcomes and suggesting improvements based on data analysis
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a focus on performance analysis and reporting
• Strong skills in data visualization and presentation tools such as Power BI or Excel
• Ability to communicate complex insights effectively through visual storytelling
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving ability with an eye for optimization and improvement
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on driving results and innovation
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies when necessary
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a dynamic environment
