• Lead strategic and special projects to drive high-impact business changes
• Conduct feasibility studies of new businesses (Business model, financial model, Legal and regulatory compliance)
• Maintain corporate governance practices and internal policies.
• Develop internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance adherence by market / regulatory changes
• Benchmark and implement industry best practices
• Analyze company-wide business processes and develop strategies for efficiency optimization
• Perform competitor analysis to ensure KB J competitive advantage is maintained.
• Monitor regulatory changes and government initiatives
• Provide timely support to senior management (C-level) on analytical requests.
• Draw up and generate ad hoc reports to support various divisions
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate effective organizational transformation
Qualifications
- • At least 7-10 years of experience from banks, non-bank financial institutions, Fintech, tech with relevant experiences in commercial and, strategy & PMO.
• Obtained a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering; A Master's degree or MBA would be a plus.
• Passionate about financial services especially loan products (secured / unsecured loans)
• Knowledge about Thailand loan and payment regulations.
• High Understanding of Excel functions
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Outstanding in interpersonal communications and stakeholder management; experiences to handle cross team collaboration projects
• Being able to present technical concepts and analytical findings efficiently to various stakeholders
