Collection Operation Manager

Job Description
    1. To oversee and manage collection efforts and comply strategy for unsecured loan collections to achieve target.
    2. To establish effective action plans and collection tools to be aligned with business objectives planning and subsequence control and monitor of the plan.
    3. Day to day management of team performance to ensure they’re aligned with agreed KPIs.
    4. Continuously explore ways to improve collection process and workflow to ensure collection effectiveness and optimum utilization of available resources.
    5. Manage and control port assign delinquency performance
    6. Improving productivities of collector team to meeting collection target and goals.
    7. Managing Operation team in-house to handle delinquents.
    8. Manage capacity plan to optimize resources collection operation team in-house to support business expansion.
    9. Ensure collection staff have fully complied with the Product’s policy, collection’s guideline and relevant regulations and laws.
    10. Develop collection skills for KBJ staff and procedures to maximize debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.
    11. Manage a team of collection staff, providing guidance, support, and training.
    12. Monitor and analyze the performance of the collections team, implementing measures to improve productivity.
    13. Review and evaluate delinquent accounts, determining appropriate actions to be taken in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
    14. Contribute to develop collection system and coordinate IT team for the requirements of SIT, UAT, Implement.
Qualifications
    1.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    2.At least 5 years of experience in collections particularly in unsecured loan collections in a plus.
    3.Proven experience in leading and managing collection teams (50 agents) to achieve performance targets.
    4.Experience in setting up and optimizing collection strategies, policies, and procedures.
    5.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, mentoring, and training collection teams.
    6.Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to continuously improve processes.
